To all Marvel fans out there, here is a list of concept artworks of one of the most popular superhero character in comics, animated series and movies – the Amazing Spidermans.

Created by the famous writer-editor Stan Lee and writer-artist Steve Ditko, the Amazing Spider-man is a Marvel Comics superhero and first appeared in Amazing Fantasy in 1962. Hiding his true identity as Peter Benjamin Parker, Spiderman is a superhero who saves people from evil villains with his spider-like abilities – some of these abilities are superhuman strength, agility, healing, clinging on surfaces, ability to shoot spiderweb strings from his wrists, precognition, and other superhuman abilities. Some of his popular supervillain enemies are Doctor Octopus, Sandman, Green Goblin, Venom. Some of the stories also include partnerships with other Marvel superheroes and villains alike such as Daredevil, punisher, Wolverine, Iron Man, and many others.

Like other Marvel superheroes, Spiderman became one of the most popular character in comics which eventually developed and adapted to other versions, animations and movies. A trilogy movie was also released which follows the story of Peter Parker as Spiderman. A new movie entitled Amazing Spider-man will be released in cinemas this 2012.
