First evolved in the United Kingdom, the extreme sport of Motocross is one of the most popular free sport or action sport today. Motocross is an extreme sport of motorcycle racing in an enclosed off-road circuits or racing tracks. It grew popularity and became a worldwide sport being practiced in many countries around the world. This popularity spawned governing bodies and major competitions worldwide like the FIM Motocross World Championship, Motocross des Nations and others. Though the motocross racing is very popular, other derivations of the sport is also very popular because of its entertainment and in a way being more extreme than the standard circuit racing. Such sports that derived from Motocross are Freestyle Motocross or also called FMX, ATV or Quad Motocross, Supercross, and Sidecarcross which involves racing the bike with sidecar in duo.
