Street Art – 40 Pictures Depicting Some of the Coolest and Very Expressive Urban Graffiti
This form of modern art is commonly known as graffiti or street art or urban art or for some it’s just merely vandalism. Graffiti is any type of public markings that may appear in the forms of simple written words to elaborate wall paintings. This awesome form of self-expression can be traced since ancient times.
Sometimes graffiti is employed to communicate social and political messages. For some, it is an art that shows the personality of the artist or to show his expression similar to a painter expressing his art on a canvas.
In most countries if there is no proper consent or permit to put graffiti on a property, it would be vandalism and this is punishable by law. Legal or not, these art forms are still worthy of display and artists are worthy of recognition.
We’ve collected 40 pictures depicting some of the coolest and very expressive graffiti and see how this modern form of art shows much personality and see how talented the artists are.
