The Birth of a Genius - Digital and Traditional Art Depicting the Prodigy Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart

Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart was born on January 27th, 1756, in Salzburg, Austria to the name Johannes Chrysostomus Wolfgangus Theophilus Mozart. But later, his father shortened ‘Wolfgangus’ to ‘Wolfgang’; translated ‘Theophilus’ to ‘Amadeus'(love of God); and dropped off ‘Johannes’ and ‘Chrystomus.’ He was born to Leopold Mozart and Anna Maria Pertl.

He began touring Europe as a violin and piano virtuoso at the age of six, and producing symphonies at the age of nine. His musical talent was unparalleled not only at his time but through all ages until today. As we celebrate the birth of one of the greatest musical genius that ever lived, his name deserves a post here in our blog – because here in Ninja Crunch, we love music, and we love Mozart 😀

Here is a list of illustrations depicting our genius made by our fellow deviant artists.

ONE COMMENT  The Birth of a Genius – Digital and Traditional Art Depicting the Prodigy Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart

I love the first 3 depictions of Mozart, he looks adorable! Very different from the “old serious man” I’ve always pictured him to be in my head. Thanks for sharing this!
