Notice that there is a big change on how theatrical movie posters were designed between the 1980’s and the 1990’s. Movie makers began using colored photos and other higher resolution digital colors in their posters. Although there are other theatrical posters that uses the traditional way of designing movie posters in the later years, the digital age and computer digital art began to take its place in movie creation.
